PEORIA, Ill. – A man is hospitalized in critical condition following a shooting early Saturday evening in Central Peoria.
Peoria Police say they found evidence of a reported shooting in the parking lot of Parkview Estates on North Gale. Officers were called there on a report of shots fired just before 6:00 p.m., and later learned a 26-year-old male was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle, and was listed in critical condition.
Police say their investigation is ongoing, but did not say if any suspects are in custody.
