PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man is going to prison after he pleaded guilty to the single count of Dissemination of Child Pornography a grand jury charged him with last year.
Peoria County Court records state Andrew Harrison, 36, was sentenced by a judge Wednesday to eight-and-a-half years in prison, with credit for time already served in jail.
He will have to spend three years to life on parole when he gets out.
Harrison allegedly distributed a pornographic video involving a child under the age of 18 having contact with another person as early as February of last year.
He pleaded guilty last October.
