CREVE COEUR Ill. – A Creve Coeur man has been arrested for his role in the armed robbery of the Dollar Tree in Morton, on December 1st.
According to Morton Police — Robert Asbury of Creve Coeur was identified as a suspect Wednesday and was arrested.
Before that, police had no suspects or arrests made in connection to the crime.
Police said he is charged with armed robbery, unlawful use of a weapon/possession of weapon by a felon, retail theft and a department of corrections warrant for parole violation.
Asbury is scheduled to be arraigned on January 9th.
