PEKIN, Ill. – Pekin Police are looking for a man they say went to a home with what appeared to be a handgun, and knocked on a window.
The homeowners did not answer the door, and the man walked off. The man has been identified as Jamar Deese.
On Facebook, Pekin Police said Deese was in possession of a BB gun, and went to the home as a joke, “thinking it would be funny.”
The police department was unable to locate Deese on Sunday. There is probable cause for his arrest for the alleged incident of disorderly conduct.
Anyone with information about Deese’s whereabouts is asked to contact Pekin Police at 309-346-3132 or CrimeStoppers at 309-347-9000.
