PEORIA, Ill. – A proposal to turn a building in the Warehouse District into loft apartments will be considered by the Peoria City Council Tuesday night.
WS Investments is looking to renovate the building at 906 SW Adams Street into 8 apartments filled with amenities including a sauna and fitness center, as well as retail space at a cost of just over 5 and a half million dollars.
If approved, construction for The Clarke at 906 could begin as early as December, 2026 with units available to lease in September of 2028.
