PEORIA (25News Now) – The Peoria Housing Authority has named its next CEO.
The agency’s board of commissioners has named Christopher Vincent, the current deputy executive director of the East Chicago Housing Agency, to fill the role.
“The Peoria Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is pleased with its selection,” said Kadar Heffner, Chairman of the Peoria Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. “We believe Mr. Vincent has the skills and expertise to take this agency to the next level.”
Vincent takes over for Armeca Crawford, who resigned in January 2026.
Vincent has served as the deputy executive director of the ECHA since 2020, and before that as the director of finance.
