WILMINGTON, Delaware, May 12 (Reuters) – U.S. Customs and Border Protection anticipates paying refunds of $35.46 billion on 8.3 million shipments that have been processed as of 7 a.m. ET on May 11 for refunds on tariffs that the U.S. Supreme Court struck down as illegal earlier this year, according to a Tuesday court filing.
