PEORIA, Ill. – After relocating to Bradley University last year due to construction, the Moss Avenue Antique Sale and Festival is back home this weekend.
Organizer Jan Krouse says they’re expecting a record number of vendors for the event’s 45th year.
“We have 150 vendors. I’ve been doing this for 26 years, and the most I can remember is about 130,” Krouse says.
The Moss Avenue Sale is well-known for its eclectic finds. Krouse says they’ve got a little bit of everything for sale.
“From antiques to vintage, to vinyl, jewelry, all kinds of hand crafts…garden decor, garden irons. Anything you want to find, you can find it here that day,” Krouse says.
There’ll be live music, tons of food and drink options with over 15 food trucks, kids activities and more.
Krouse says parking is prohibited on Moss Avenue starting at 7:30 Saturday morning. But, there will be plenty of parking spots available on the side streets and in some of the Bradley University lots nearby.
The Moss Avenue Antique Sale and Festival runs from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.
