PEORIA, Ill. – A leadership change has been made at Advanced Medical Transport.
Chief Operating Officer Todd Baker is the new Chief Executive Officer, effective Wednesday. He takes over for Andrew Rand, who is retiring after 35 years.
Rand is expected to continue serving as President and CEO of AMT’s parent organization through December 31st, with Baker taking over the following day.
In a statement announcing the move, Rand says he is most proud of the milestones completed with the team at AMT.
AMT listed some of Rand’s accomplishments. Those include national recognition for heart attack and stroke care, expanding access to care with the acquisition of Illini Medical Transport, and strengthening partnerships through educational classes and public access defibrillator programs.
